My Approch to Therapy
My approach to therapy is holistic and Getalt-informed, meaning I don't just focus on symptoms or diagnoses. I focus on you and your environment. Our work together explores how your mind, body, relationships, culture, class, and everything else interact to shape your experience. Each session is a safe space to slow down, reconnect, and make sense of what's happening beneath the surface.
Whether you're navigating challenges in business, love, identity, specific symptoms, or everyday life, therapy with me is grounded in awareness and authenticity. It's a safe, nonjudgmental space where all parts of you are welcome — the strong, the uncertain, the tired, and the hopeful.
